This piece is crafted traditionally meaning it could be inserted as a functional privacy window.

Mudcloth (aka bogolanfini) is the traditional West African craft of dying cotton sheets using fermented mud for textiles. For this piece I bent the rules a little to include tonal colours more traditionally found in ponds and swamps. The original pattern I created with inspiration from multiple designs.
I myself am of West African heritage, an unknown mixture of origins much like each of the individual designs seen in Bògòlan patterns
